While the teaser hasn’t hinted at the front design and display, speculations are rife that the phone will carry some significant improvements over its predecessor. Based on such reports, the AGNI 3 is expected to boast a 6.78-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED screen. The display will have a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother visuals, similar to Lava AGNI 2.

The Lava AGNI 3 5G might feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset, along with providing 5G connectivity while upgrading the performance. In addition, the device should come along with 8 GB or 12 GB RAM, and so, in terms of multitasking and gaming, this will be a relatively capable smartphone.

The phone is expected to come with a 5000mAh battery. As per Lava’s previous handset, the AGNI 2 5G, it could arrive with the same 66W fast charging speed, but that still remains unclear as the teaser video did not provide complete details regarding the said feature.

The AGNI 3 5G may be made available in 128 GB and 256 GB storage configurations, and it might have the support for expandable storage via microSD card. Moreover, the phone should come shipped with Android 14 out of the box-which means that the smartphone would presumably include the latest features and security updates.

Pricing and availability

The official pricing will be revealed on October 4. However, we suspect that this device could launch under ₹30,000 price segment, hence fitting into the mid-range category. Besides, there could be introductory price and bank offers to make the device more affordable for the customer.
