(G)I-DLE recently dropped the second concept images (Wave Ver.) for their upcoming 7th mini album ‘I SWAY‘. The new Wave Version, following the Wind Version, features a vibrant and summer-themed concept that has captivated fans worldwide.
A summer-targeted concept
In the second concept image, (G)I-DLE caught the attention of fans and critics alike with a summer-targeted theme that exuded cool and refreshing vibes. The members stood with crossed arms, leaning on colorful sunbeds, looking straight ahead. They created a picture-perfect image of a sunny beach with a cool breeze blowing through.
Individual styles
Each member added a unique style and charm to the concept photo, enhancing the group’s comeback aesthetic. Miyeon radiated a casual and carefree energy as she enjoyed leisure time on the beach, sporting a chic crop top and a cute hair band. Minnie, on the other hand, exuded an exotic vibe with a see-through top and freckle-filled makeup, adding a touch of mystery to the photo. Soyeon showcased her fashion-forward style by accessorizing with a bandana to shield herself from the sun, while Shuhua embodied the essence of a midsummer resort with her sweet and adorable look. Yuqi, on the other hand, stole the show with her edgy see-through tank top, statement necklace, earrings, and freckle makeup, making her the highlight of the concept photo.
World tour [iDOL] schedule announced
In addition to album release, (G)I-DLE embarking on world tour ‘2024 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [iDOL]’, performing in 14 cities globally. The tour starts in Seoul on August 2-3, showcasing the group’s electrifying stage presence and powerful performances for fans.
