The globally renowned technology company HONOR has finally come up with the launch of HONOR 200 Series 5G smartphones in India. The series comes with two first premium models: HONOR 200 5G and HONOR 200 Pro 5G with advanced opportunities oriented to photography and powerful performers correspondingly.
Design and display
The HONOR 200 boasts a large 6.7-inch quad-curved AMOLED panel display with a 1.5K resolution of 2664×1200 pixels. On the other hand, the Pro model boasts a 6.78-inch quad-curved floating AMOLED panel display. The pro model features a slightly better resolution of 2700 × 1224 pixels. Both models feature a 120Hz screen refresh rate, up to 4000 nits HDR brightness, 3840Hz Risk-free PWM dimming technology. Furthermore, the display is fitted with Aluminosilicate glass protection for superior durability.
Performance and hardware
Under the stylish design, the HONOR 200 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 mobile platform, while the HONOR 200 Pro operates on a more advanced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. In addition, the Pro variant also incorporates an RF enhanced chip HONOR C1+ chipset, enhancing connectivity and overall performance for a flawless user experience.
Camera capabilities
One of the highlighting features of the HONOR 200 Series is its camera department. The HONOR 200 Series features a 50MP portrait main camera with a 1/1.3-inch Super Dynamic H9000 sensor. Moreover, it uses 4-in-1 pixel binning for enhanced light absorption and features dual stabilization technology (OIS + EIS) and a Shape Memory Alloy actuator for sharp photos and stable videos. Additionally, it sports a 50MP telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front side, both model offers a 50MP camera. However, the Pro model offers an additional 3D depth lens, making it a dual camera setup.
Battery and charging
To power the smartphones, both models run on a big 5200mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W SuperCharge support for fast charging. Additionally, the Pro model offers the additional benefit of 66W wireless SuperCharge for cable-free charging experiences.
Software and user experience
The HONOR 200 Series 5G comes with MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14 out of the box. HONOR has already revealed its unique, smooth, and AI features. Based on press reports, the MagicOS 8.0 is assured to offer a buttery-smooth and easy-to-use user experience with more customization and privacy features. Beyond that, HTech commits to three major Android OS upgrades and four years of security updates, keeping the devices secure and up-to-date with the latest features.

The HONOR 200 is available in Moonlight White and Black color options, priced at Rs. 34,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and Rs. 39,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant. Meanwhile, the HONOR 200 Pro comes in Ocean Cyan and Black colorways, priced at Rs. 57,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
