As per the “Connected Intelligence” vision, Jio has powered JioPhoneCall AI to make the usage of AI as simple as dialing any number (via India Today), thereby changing the interaction game for users on the phone.

- Activating the Service: All that needs to be done by users is to dial the JioPhoneCall AI number-1-800-732673-during the ongoing call. Immediately after, a welcome message will reach the user, after which they will have to press #1 to begin the recording and transcription of the conversation.
- Real-time Transcription: While on the call, the JioPhoneCall AI listens to spoken words and transcribes them into text for no significant detail to be missed. It keeps the service transparent by periodically notifying both parties that the call is being recorded.
- Control and Flexibility: Anytime during the transcription, a user may press #2 to pause or #1 to resume. A press of #3 at any time ends the AI-driven call.
- Data Storage and Accessibility: Post-call, all recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and translations safely get stored in Jio Cloud eventually, where they remain accessible to the user at all times.
