During the launch conference held in China, OnePlus has launched its latest flagship smartphone, OnePlus 13. With the OnePlus 13, the company is taking an aggressive step in terms of design and performance as it brings a new aesthetic direction, premium build quality, and top-class specifications for better user experience across the board.
Sleek “Dawn” design with refined aesthetics
OnePlus 13 adopts the new “Dawn” design language, and the appearance and texture are super Pro. OnePlus offers three color variants for the OnePlus 13: Obsidian Secret Realm (Black), Blue Moment (Blue), White Dew Morning Dawn (White).
The new model features an ultra-narrow micro-arc middle frame, double-sided full depth design, and it weighs around 210g, and it is thin as 8.5 mm. Furthermore, the device achieves IP68 and IP68 dustproof and waterproof, anti-soaking, anti-flushing, and anti-hot water rating.
Advanced 8T LTPO AMOLED display with world-first features
OnePlus 13 boasts a 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 2K+ resolutions. The display has acclaimed the TUV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Protection 4.0 certification. Beyond that, the device is equipped with the world’s first DisplayMate A++ screen. In addition, OnePlus has integrated its self-developed Display P2 chip for further enhancements. The display is protected with Crystal Shield Ultra Ceramic Glass.
Performance powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite and advanced cooling
The OnePlus 13 runs on the most powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform. The device has scored over 3.18 million points on AnTuTu benchmark testing. Furthermore, it is integrated with up to 24 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB UFS4.0 storage. To enhance the gaming experience, OnePlus 13 is included with 9925mm2 Tiangong Cooling System Pro. In addition, it adds a bionic vibration motor turbo for 4D experience.
Triple 50MP Hasselblad Camera System
Moving to the camera, OnePlus 13 equips an astonishing camera setup engineered by Hasselblad. It features a 50MP main camera with Sony LYT-808 sensor and 50MP ultra-wide secondary camera. Plus, a 50MP periscope telephoto sensor. OnePlus compared the camera with the OPPO Find X8 Series at the event.
Massive 6000mAh Glacier and fast charging capabilities
To power it up, the phone packs a 6000mAh glacier battery. It is the industry’s highest energy density dual-cell battery. With this robust battery, OnePlus claims to have 19.7 hours of short videos, 71 hours of continuous navigation, and 7.42 hours of gaming. To refill the giant battery, OnePlus offers a 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
Operating system and security
The OnePlus 13 comes with the latest ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box. It offers smoother, responsive, and stable experience to users. Additionally, the phone offers an advanced ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
