ATEEZ is making waves on the global music charts with the release of their 4th Japanese single, ‘Birthday,’ on October 2nd. Demonstrating their world-class potential, the album features six tracks, including the title song “Birthday,” “Royal,” “Forevermore,” and instrumental versions of each track.
According to Japan’s Oricon chart, ATEEZ’s Birthday ranked 2nd on the Daily Single Ranking for three consecutive days, from October 2nd to 4th. It also secured 3rd place on the Weekly Single Ranking dated October 9. According to Billboard Japan, the single secured 4th on the Hot 100 and 3rd on the Top Single Sales chart.
“Royal,” a pre-released track from the album and their second collaboration with BE:FIRST, topped the Oricon Weekly Digital Single Ranking as of September 16th. The album also achieved 11th place on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart on October 2nd. Additionally, it claimed the No. 1 spot on various iTunes Top Albums charts.

The group’s influence continues to grow as they prepare for major activities both in Japan and abroad. ATEEZ has been selected as the headliner for the Grand Mint Festival 2024, set to perform on the Mint Breeze Stage on November 3. Members Hongjoong and Jongho will appear on KBS2’s ‘I Am a Singer’, airing on November 2. The group will also participate in the Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) in November. Afterward, they will launch their 2025 world tour, ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER’, in Europe, starting in January.
