BTS fans around the world are eagerly anticipating the day when Jin, the eldest member of the group, completes his military service and rejoins his fellow bandmates. On June 12th, BTS will come together to welcome Jin back from his time in the Army. Let’s take a closer look at what the group has planned for this special day.
Jin’s Military Service
Jin enlisted as an active-duty soldier in December 2022 and faithfully served his duty for 18 months. He was even selected as a special warrior during his time in the military. Despite his achievements, there will be no official discharge ceremony for Jin to ensure his safety and prevent any possible accidents.
BTS Reunion Plans
All other BTS members have already applied for vacation to ensure they can be present on Jin’s discharge day. Originally, the group planned to meet in front of Jin’s unit, but due to concerns about congestion, they have opted for a quieter celebration in Seoul. The members are eager to welcome back their “eldest brother” with open arms.
Jin’s Future Plans
After his discharge, Jin will dive back into his personal activities. 1,000 lucky ARMYs will attend the ‘2024 FESTA‘ with him and he will host a huge party. Additionally, Jin is gearing up to release his solo album in the second half of the year, much to the excitement of fans worldwide.
