As of August 7, “Who” from Jimin’s second solo album ‘MUSE‘ has achieved over 200 million streams on Spotify, breaking the record for the fastest solo song by an Asian artist to reach this milestone.
Record-breaking streaming performance
Jimin’s “Who” is currently recording 205,344,893 streams, while the album ‘MUSE’ has surpassed 625,890,000 total streams, including pre-released tracks. These figures set the record for the most streams for a K-pop album released in 2024.
In July alone, Jimin recorded 442 million streams, making him the most-streamed K-pop artist on Spotify for that month. As of August 7, he has amassed over 1.6 billion streams in 2024, contributing to a cumulative 4 billion streams on his personal profile in just two years and three months.
“Who” has taken the top spot on Spotify’s Global Weekly Top Songs chart for three consecutive weeks, with 61,999,921 streams from August 2 to August 8. The track also ranked third on the US Weekly Top Songs chart with 13,197,537 streams during the same period, maintaining its streak of success.
