    aespa announces summer comeback with “Dirty Work”

    aespa has officially announced their comeback with a new single titled “Dirty Work,” set to be released on June 27, 2025. The release will be available across major digital music platforms worldwide and will include three tracks: the title song, an English version, and an instrumental version.

    Teaser video sparks anticipation

    To build excitement for the upcoming release, aespa dropped a visually striking teaser video at midnight on June 5. The video, which features them forging the title logo of ‘Dirty Work’ from molten iron. The concept has caught fans’ attention and sparked guesses about what the new single might look and sound like.

    Following the success of ‘Armageddon’ and ‘Whiplash’

    aespa’s comeback follows the critical and commercial success of their first full-length album ‘Armageddon’, released earlier in 2024. The album, known for its empowering message, “I am the only one who can define myself”. It dominated both Korean and international music charts, and it received recognition across various award shows globally.

    With “Dirty Work,” fans and industry watchers alike are eager to see how aespa will evolve their sound and concept. SM Entertainment says the track has a “taste of iron,” hinting at a sharp and futuristic sound.

    Physical album and pre-orders now available

    In addition to its digital release, “Dirty Work” will also be available as a physical single album. The album will include the title track and its instrumental version. Pre-orders began on June 5 through online and offline retailers across South Korea and international platforms.
