AnTuTu has released its December 2025 performance rankings, offering a comprehensive look at how smartphones and tablets performed across three key categories: flagship smartphones, upper-mid-range smartphones, and tablets. The rankings are based on average benchmark scores collected throughout the month, providing a broad view of real-world performance rather than isolated peak results.
Top 10 flagship smartphones based on AnTuTu December 2025 rankings
At the top of the flagship chart sits the REDMAGIC 11 Pro+, which recorded an average score of 4,118,828, making it the highest-performing Android smartphone on AnTuTu for December.
It is followed closely by:
- iQOO 15 – 4,078,562
- OnePlus 15 – 4,073,184
- Realme GT 8 Pro – 4,066,017
- HONOR Win – 4,054,673
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powers all five of these devices, reinforcing Qualcomm’s dominance in the premium Android market.
In sixth place, the vivo X300 Pro grabs the spotlight, as it becomes the first device in the rankings to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. The OPPO Find X9 Pro, equipped with the same processor, follows closely behind. However, Qualcomm quickly regains ground in the remaining positions, with the HONOR Magic8 Pro, HONOR Magic8, and nubia Z80 Ultra, all powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, rounding out the top ten.
Top 10 upper-midrange smartphones on AnTuTu
The upper-midrange category tells a very different story. The OPPO Reno15 Pro and OPPO Reno15 lead the chart, both running on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8450.
They are followed by:
- Realme Neo7 SE – Dimensity 8400-Max
- iQOO Z10 Turbo – Dimensity 8400
- OPPO K13 Turbo – Dimensity 8450
Out of the top ten smartphones in this segment, nine are powered by MediaTek Dimensity processors. The only exception is the Realme GT Neo6 SE, which ranks ninth with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3.
This distribution highlights MediaTek’s near-total dominance in the performance-oriented midrange space, while Qualcomm appears to be prioritizing its flagship-level offerings.
Top 10 tablets based on AnTuTu
In the tablet rankings, the HONOR MagicPad3 Pro 13.3 takes first place with an average score of 4,033,256. It is currently the only tablet using the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, giving it a clear advantage.
The OPPO Pad 4 Pro and OnePlus Pad 2 Pro claim the second and third spots, and both run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
One notable entry is the H3C MegaBook, which ranks fourth while running on an Intel Core Ultra 5 228V, demonstrating competitive performance from x86-based hardware. It is followed by the Lenovo Legion Y700 (Gen 4), REDMAGIC Astra, and Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro. Each tablet equips the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
MediaTek makes its first appearance in the tablet chart at eighth place with the vivo Pad5 Pro, powered by the Dimensity 9400. The rankings conclude with the iQOO Pad5 Pro and Redmi K Pad, both using the Dimensity 9400+.
As new devices and chipsets arrive in early 2026, these rankings provide valuable context for consumers and manufacturers alike, offering an overview of where each processor maker is focusing its performance efforts.
