Apple has officially inaugurated its new store, Apple Hebbal, in central Bengaluru, India’s technology capital. Apple Hebbal is Apple’s flagship store in Southern India and third in India in total, alongside Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in Delhi and Apple’s Indian virtual store.
A new hub for innovation and creativity
Apple designed Apple Hebbal as more than a store; it serves as a community center where people can explore Apple’s full product lineup, get expert guidance, and participate in learning programs. “We’re excited to introduce Apple Hebbal, a community center that pays tribute to Bengaluru’s spirit of innovation,” says Deirdre O’Brien, senior vice president of Retail and People at Apple. Moreover, he stated, “We can’t wait to gather people here and enable them to create, collaborate, and accomplish amazing things with Apple.”

Customers at Apple Hebbal can explore Apple’s latest products, including the iPhone 16 series, MacBook Pro with M4 family chips, iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and Apple Watch Series 10. Further, customers can also purchase accessories such as AirPods 4 and AirTag. Moreover, customers can schedule personalized shopping sessions with Apple Specialists, get assistance at the Genius Bar, or conveniently pick up their online orders at the dedicated Apple Pickup area.
It has a staff team of 70 personnel who travel across 15 states in India and who can offer advice on product use, financing options, and Apple Trade In. Moreover, one-on-one services like Personal Setup and assistance in switching to an iOS device can be offered too.
Sustainability and community-focused initiatives
As part of global Apple’s sustainability efforts, Apple Hebbal operates solely on 100% renewable energy and is carbon-neutral. The store will also include free, daily Today at Apple workshops for every customer — students, artists, and business professionals. Led by Apple Creatives, these workshops span across photography, drawing with Apple Pencil, and how to leverage Apple Intelligence features. Group bookings can be arranged for families, friends, and business groups so that participants can come together and learn and create as a group.
Supporting Bengaluru’s entrepreneurial spirit
Apple Hebbal also caters to entrepreneurs and small business leaders. Apple’s Business Team or Business Pros offers personalized guidance, device support, and information to facilitate business thrive.
